Any payment including the deposit is non-refundable. If you have made a payment and can no longer attend the course you originally planned, we will be more than happy to accommodate you on a future date within an 18 month period.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior the course date. We hope you can appreciate this as we have to confirm venue and model contracts.
